A Block Rooms – $130 per week inclusive of utilities (water, electricity and internet)
B Block Rooms – $140 per week inclusive of utilities (water, electricity and internet)
This complex is located right next door to Hibiscus Sports Complex with an Olympic-sized outdoor pool, gym and skate park. You will also be just moments away from Griffith University Nathan Campus and the Griffith University Busway Station – there are also bus stops directly out the front of the complex that can take you either into the City or to Westfield Garden City Shopping Centre.
Each apartment comprises of 6 private and lockable rooms with built-in wardrobes. The rooms come available furnished with a single bed, desk and chair – great for studying. The apartment also features a large shared kitchen/dining area with individual storage cupboards.
– Each room includes a either a bed, study desk and chair. (can choose unfurnished).
– Extra $20 per week for all your Electricity, Water and Internet
– Communal kitchen featuring dining space.
– Car parking available on-site at no additional cost but subject to availability.
